Section 44(1) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
(1)At every change in alignment, gradient or diameter of a drain there shall be a manhole inspection chamber, and bends and junctions in the drain shall be grouped together in a manhole as far as possible and a maximum distance between manhole and gully chamber shall not exceed six meters.
