Section 1 in Bihar Disqualified Owners' (Management of Property) Act, 1952
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act, may be called the Bihar Disqualified Owners' (Management of Property) Act, 1952.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of September, 1950.
