Section 75(3) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(3)Subject to this Act the qualifications, pay-scales, number and conditions of service of officers and servants to be employed with Kshettra Panchayat to enable it to carry out functions of Kshettra panchayat shall be such as the State Government may specify.
