Section 4(2)(vii) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Single Window Clearance Act, 2002

(vii)the Member of the State Committee shall attend the meeting convened under clause (i) personally and in case he is unable to attend the meetting, he may depute a senior level officer with a written authorisation to take appropriate decision in the meeting;
