Section 101(10) in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1978
(10)If any officer or member of a society misappropriates or unauthorizedly or illegally keeps any money belonging to that society he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
