15. Quorum [Sections 5 (2) and 35 (2) (b)].
- No business shall be transacted at any meeting unless at least four members are present:Provided that if at any meeting less than four members are present, the Chairman may adjourn the meeting to another date informing members present and giving notice to the other members that he proposes to dispose off the business at the adjourned meeting whether there is prescribed quorum or not, and it shall thereupon be lawful for him to dispose off the business at the adjourned meeting irrespective of number of the members attending.
