Section 445 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
445. Fractions of an [anna] [Now new paise.] to be avoided.
- In all settlements, revisions of settlements, grants of compensation, takavi advances, balances of all kinds and in every species of accounts, charge, or receipt, the use of pies, the fractional parts of an anna, should be avoided. If the fraction is below six pies, it should be omitted altogether, if six pies or above, one [anna] [Now new paise.] should be entered.
