Section 3(ii) in The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Service Charges (Levy and Collection) Regulations, 1998
(ii)"Authorised Authority" means in relation to any power to be exercised or function to be performed under any provision of these Regulations means any Committee, Director, Officer of other employee of the Board to whom such power or function, has been delegated under section 22 of Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1978.
