State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 12(1)(ii) in The Bengal Medical Act, 1914

(ii)save as provided in section 17 and section 25, all questions arising at any meeting [of the Council] [Words inserted by Bengal Act 3 of 1928.] shall be decided by the votes of the majority of the members present and voting, or, in case of an equality of votes, by the casting vote of the President, or, in his absence, of the member presiding at the meeting.
