Section 377 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
377. Power to supply water outside the city.
- The Commissioner may supply water from a Corporation water works to a local authority or to person outside the city on such terms as to payment and as to the period and conditions of supply as may be, either generally or specially, approved by the Corporation.
