Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of
judgment and decree dated 16.12.2015 in O.S.No. 19/2009 on the file of I Additional
Junior Civil Judge Court, Bhimavaram, confirmed by the IIi Additional District Judge,
Bhimavaram through order dated 23.03.2019 in AS.No. 5/2016 and to stay all further
proceedings in E.P.No. 24 of 2016, pending disposal of S.A.No.276/2019 preferred to
the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum
of grounds filed herein and order of High Court dt. 13-06-2019 made herein and upon
hearing the arguments of Sri Raviteja Padiri, Advocate for petitioner and of Sri O. Udaya
Kumar, Advocate for respondents, the Court made the following
