(1)This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date,] [Enforced on w.e.f. 1st January, 1959 vide Law Department Notification No. 40814-7375-XXI-B dated 22nd December, 1958, published in the M.P. Gazette, dated the 26th December, 1958.] as the State Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
