(4)Based on the land assessment, land records and field verification, the Social Impact Assessment team shall provide an accurate estimate of the number of affected families and the number of displaced families among them and ensure that as far as possible all affected families are enumerated:Provided that where enumeration is not possible, a representative sample shall be done by the Social Impact Assessment Unit.
