Section 16 in The Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 2002
16. Amendment of section 33.-
In section 33 of the principal Act, after clause (a), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-" Provided that no construction of commercial tourist lodges, hotels, zoos and safari parks shall be undertaken inside a sanctuary except with the prior approval of the National Board;".
