Section 107(2) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014
(2)For the Zila Parishad, sanction for the purchase of new motor vehicle for the Chairman or the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad or any other officer, subject to the limit of vehicles fixed by the Government, shall be accorded by the Zila Parishad after the fulfillment of conditions mentioned in sub rule(1).
