Section 64(1) in West Bengal Industrial Disputes Rules, 1958
(1)Each page of the copy shall be signed at the bottom by the person copying it. It shall also bear at the end, signature of the clerk who examined it. Every alteration or inter lineation shall also be initialled by him.
