Confidential reports on Deputy Commissioners. - Confidential reports on IPS officers employed as Deputy Commissioners and on Assistant Commissioners officiating as Deputy Commissioners should be prepared in April each year by the Commissioner in triplicate in West Bengal Form No. 5221. The original should be sent to Government in Home (General Administration) Department and a copy to the Inspector-General of Police, West Bengal.
