Section 17 in Jammu and Kashmir Ombudsman for Panchayats Act, 2014
17. Annual Report.
- Ombudsman shall submit an annual report regarding the performance of its functions under the Act to the Government and the Government shall, as soon as may be, lay such report before the State Legislative Assembly with an explanatory memorandum.
