Section 8(4) in Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 2010
(4)The [Government] [Substituted for the words 'Federal Government' by the Punjab Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Act 2012 (LVII of 2012).] in consultation with the Monitoring Authority shall establish a fund consisting of grants by the Federal and Provincial Governments and contributions by NGOs, philanthropists and other individuals for the transplantation or indigent patients including post transplant care and medicines.
