Section 35 in The Haryana Canal and Drainage Act, 1974
35. Certified dues recoverable as land revenue.
- Any sum lawfully due under this part and certified by the defendant to be so due, which remains unpaid after the day on which it becomes due hall be recoverable from the person liable for the same as arrears of land revenue.
