Section 13(3) in Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947
(3)The [State] [Substituted for 'Province' by the Adaptation Order of 1950] Government may, for the purposes of this section, fix different hours for different establishments or different classes of establishments or for different areas or for different times of the year.
