Section 4(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Retirement Adviser) Regulations, 2016
(1)The following persons or entities shall not be required to seek registration under regulation 3 subject to the fulfilment of the conditions stipulated therefor, -(a)Any intermediary or entity regulated by the Authority.(b)Any other entity as may be specified by the Authority other than specified under sub-regulation (2).
