Section 1 in The M.P. Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 1-12-1973, vide Notification No. 16247-8035-XVI-A, dated 3-12-1973.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
