Section 7(3) in Employees' State Insurance (Punjab Medical Benefit) Rules, 1953
(3)There may be appointed in the same manner as the members of the Allocation Committee a corresponding number of persons to act as deputies for the members and in the absence of the members of the Committee such persons shall be entitled to act accordingly.
