Section 34 in North East Adventist University Act, 2015
34. Provident fund, pension fund or gratuity fund.
- The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees provident fund, pension fund or gratuity fund, and provide for such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
