11. Power to call for records, etc. -
The Commission may call for any record, report or other information from [any College, Government College, University or institution deemed to be a University] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 26 of 1993.] if, in its opinion, such record, report or other information is necessary for efficient discharge of its functions, and [the College or the Government College or the University or the institution deemed to be a University,] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 26 of 1993.] as the case may be, shall furnish such record, report or other information to the Commission.
