Section 29(2) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(2)Any authority or body may, subject to the previous approval of the Executive Council, make Rules, in consistent with this Act, the Statutes, Ordinances and Rules, for-(a)giving notice of the dates and hours of its meetings and of the business to be conducted thereat;(b)regulating the procedure at its meeting and the number of members required to form a quorum, and keeping of records of the proceedings of such meetings;(c)providing for all matters solely concerning such authority or body.
