Section 360 in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976
360. Power of Government to pass orders or give directions to Commissioner.
- The Government may either generally or in any particular case make such order or give such directions as it deems fit in respect of any action taken or omitted to be taken under section 354, 355, 356, 357 or 358.
