In the cause title the name of appellant and respondent have been typed wrongly. They should be Smt. Lilawati Devi & Ors. Versus Smt. Dulariya Devi & Ors. Further, it is pointed out that the appeal stood dismissed for failure to comply with peremptory order dated 30.07.2004 and stood dismissed on 27.08.2004.

Let the order dated 08.02.2010 be read accordingly.
