Section 24(6) in Gujarat Compulsory Primary Education Act, 1961
(6)A Primary Schools Panchayat constituted under sub-section (1) of section 36B of the Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947 (Bombay LXI of 1947) and which is functioning immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been constituted under this Act.
