(2)To establish an R & D center to promote research and innovations in any discipline as in Section 7(1)(a) and (b) above and thereby,(a)To provide for instructions and training in such related branches of learning as it may deem fit;(b)To provide for research for the advancement and Dissemination of knowledge in the college of any discipline mentioned in clause (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 7.]
