(3)The Vice-Chancellor shall have power to convene meetings of the [Senate, the Syndicate, Academic Council and the Finance Committee] [Substituted by section 7 (b) of U.P. Act No. 10 of 1998.]:Provided that he may delegate his power to any other officer of the University.
