9. This Agreement shall be binding subject to an Act of the Legislature of West Bengal confirming it by the thirty-first day of December one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one and making the same binding on the pmties hereto and on all other persons, bodies and authorities having any rights or interest in the undertaking whether by statute, order, agreement or otherwise.
