Permission of disorderly conduct at places of public amusement, etc. - Whoever, being the keeper of any place of public amusement or entertainment, knowingly permits drunkenness or other disorderly behaviour or any gaming whatsoever, in such place, shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine which may extend to [two thousand five hundred rupees].
