(1)All drains which are municipal drains under the control of the Delhi Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Undertaking constituted under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 existing at the commencement of this Act, together with all ventilations, shafts, pipes and all appliances and fittings pertaining to such drains, and the sub-soil appurtenant thereto, shall vest in the Board.(2)The Board may construct as many new drains as it may, from time to time, consider necessary, and all such drains shall vest in the Board.
