Section 14 in The Central Provinces and Berar Accommodation (Requisition) Act, 1948
14. Delegation.
- The State Government may, by order direct that any power conferred under this Act, shall in such circumstances and tinder such conditions, if any, is may be specified in that direction, be exercised by any officer or authority subordinate to it.
