Section 35(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)Where it appears to the designated member that any central recordkeeping agency which has been granted certificate of registration under the Act, these regulations or any other concerned person has committed any default of the nature specified in regulation 32, he may appoint an officer not below the rank of a Chief General Manager, or any other officer of an equivalent rank as a designated authority.
