Section 7(4) in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
(4)In any emergency which, in the opinion of State Government, requires that immediate action should be taken, the State Government may take such action, consistent with this Act, as it deems necessary without previous consultation with the Board and shall forthwith inform the Board of the action taken.
