(6)Any person aggrieved by the order of the [Dharmika Parished] [Substituted 'Commissioner' by Act No. 33 of 2007, dated 11.12.2007.] passed either under sub-section (1) or under sub-section (4), may, within sixty days from the date of publication of the order, prefer an appeal to the [High Court] [Substituted 'Court' by Act No. 33 of 2007, dated 11.12.2007.].
