Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Worker (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules, 1982
(1)If a licensee dies, his heir or legal representative shall, within two months from the date of the death of the transfer of the licence in his name. The original licence shall be sent along with the application.
