Section 7(a) in The Assam Secondary Education (Provincialisation) (Service and Conduct) Rules, 1979
(a)All employees whose services had been conferred and approved (by School Authorities) prior to 22nd July, 1977 shall be deemed to have been duly confirmed with effect from the date of such confirmation.
