(xxxii)to constitute for the benefit of the academic, technical, administrative and other staff, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the regulations, pensions, insurance, provident fund and gratuity as it may deem fit and to make such grants as it may think fit for the benefit of the employees of the Sansthan and to aid in establishment and support of the associations, institutions, funds, trusts and conveyance calculated to benefit the staff and the students of the Sansthan;
