4. Setting up the Private Do Not Call List.
- Every Access Provider shall, within fifteen days from the date of establishment of the National Do Not Call Register under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 6, maintain and operate for the purposes of these regulations, a list to be called a Private Do Not Call List in which the preference of its subscribers for not receiving unsolicited commercial communication shall be entered in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
