94. Grant of Exemption from Licence.
- An application for exemption from the requirement to have a licence shall be made in the form prescribed for the purpose by the Commission, and the application shall contain such particulars and shall be accompanied by such documents as the Commission may direct. The application shall be supported by affidavit as provided in Chapter II of the Regulations.
