Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of May, 1994.
