Section 12(1) in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
(1)Inspections under the provisions of applicable Acts and Rules or Orders or Instructions by different Authorities shall be conducted jointly with the Office of the Labour Commissioner, Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers and Orissa State Pollution Control Board, once in a year and such inspections shall be based on random selection and shall be organised in the manner as may be prescribed.
