ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) The Estate Officer, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has produced a statement on record, which reads as under:
"Pursuant to the resolution no.431 dated 7.6.2012 passed by the Standing Committee and approved of by the General Board of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation vide Resolution No.665 dated 27.6.2012, it is decided to revise the license fees for hoarding in private properties. The license fees for hoarding in private properties fixed are as per the schedule of fees attached herewith.
The aforesaid license fees have been determined in consultation with Outdoor Advertising Owners Association and with their consent.Page 1 of 2 C/LPA/331/2006 ORDER
In view of the above, the formula for charging of license fees pursuant to the resolution no.992 dated 3.12.2004 of the Standing Committee and resolution no.609 dated 21.12.2004 by the Municipal Corporation which is subject matter of the Special Civil Application and the Letters Patent Appeal is substituted by the above mentioned resolution no.431 dated 7.6.2012 passed by the Standing Committee and approved of by the General Board of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation vide resolution no.665 dated 27.6.2012.
The aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal therefore be disposed of accordingly."
In that view of the matter and in view of the aforesaid agreement, nothing requires to be done in the present appeal. The same stands disposed of accordingly.
