(2)Every existing and future user of ground water other than those mentioned in subsection (1), including domestic and agriculture users of ground water shall register online or directly to the respective Block Panchayat Ground Water Management Committee/Municipal Water Management Committee for ground water usages. The web-portal for online intimation shall be informed by the said committee.
