Section 56(1) in The West Bengal Industrial Infra-Structure Development Corporation Act, 1974
(1)The Corporation or any person authorised by the Corporation by general or special Order in this behalf may, either before or after the institution of the proceedings, compound any offence punishable by or under this Act.
