16. Academic and technical qualifications and experience.
- A candidate for direct recruitment to-the post enumerated in the Schedule shall possess,-(i)the qualifications and experience given in column 4 of the Schedule; and(ii)working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script, and must have Urdu as one of the subject in Vlllth Class or above and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
